1. Service Description

KeenVPN provides virtual private network (VPN) services that:

• Encrypt your internet connection using enterprise-grade AES-256 encryption
• Route your traffic through our global network of secure servers
• Protect your privacy with our strict zero-log policy
• Allow access to geo-restricted content and websites
• Provide protection on public Wi-Fi networks

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use KeenVPN services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may NOT use our service for:

Prohibited Activities

• Illegal activities or content distribution
• Hacking, cracking, or unauthorized access to systems
• Spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
• Harassment, threats, or abuse of others
• Distribution of malware or viruses
• Copyright infringement or piracy

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

3. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

KeenVPN offers auto-renewable subscription plans with the following terms:

Auto-Renewal Terms

• Initial Subscription Period: If your subscription begins with a trial offer, that price applies only to the initial subscription period shown at checkout and in your confirmation email
• Automatic Renewal: Unless you cancel auto-renewal, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the current subscription period. Monthly plans renew monthly, and annual plans renew annually
• Recurring Payments: By purchasing a subscription, you authorize KeenVPN to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis for each renewal period until auto-renewal is cancelled
• Renewal Price: After the initial subscription period, your subscription renews at the current renewal price for your selected plan and billing cycle
• Price Changes: Subscription prices may change in the future. If a price change applies to your subscription, we will notify you by email before the change takes effect or before your renewal charge is processed
• Cancellation: You can cancel auto-renewal at any time through your KeenVPN account settings or by contacting support
• Cancel Deadline: To avoid being charged for the next renewal period, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal billing date.
• Access After Cancellation: If you cancel auto-renewal, you'll retain access until the end of your current paid subscription period

Payment and Refunds

• All fees are billed in advance for the selected period
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods
• 30-day money-back guarantee for all new customers
• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Refund availability may vary depending on where you purchased your subscription and applicable law
• Subscriptions purchased through third parties, including app stores, are subject to that provider's cancellation and refund rules
• No partial refunds for unused portions of subscription periods unless required by applicable law

You can manage your subscription through:

• Your KeenVPN account settings

• The platform where you purchased (App Store, Google Play, etc.)

4. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to:

• Scheduled maintenance and updates
• Network infrastructure issues
• Third-party service dependencies
• Force majeure events

We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance whenever possible.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Our privacy practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which includes:

• Strict zero-log policy for user activity
• Minimal data collection for service operation
• Secure data handling and storage practices
• No sharing of personal information with third parties

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
