Download the KeenVPN app, sign in with your account, and connect — the app defaults to the fastest nearby server automatically. The kill switch and leak protection are on from the first connection with nothing extra to configure.
If you want certain Windows apps to bypass the VPN — a local network printer, for instance — use Split Tunneling in the app settings to exclude them.
